William Seabert was born in California in 1974. After graduating from Antelope Valley High School, he attended John Brown University graduating Summa Laude in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in biology. He then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2001 earning his doctorate in optometry. Dr. Seabert is licensed by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the Texas Optometry Board, a member of the American Optometric Association and is certified as an optometric glaucoma specialist.
Dr. Seabert practices full scope eye care for all ages and provides routine vision care, medical and emergency eye care, contact lens examinations, including continuous wear and bifocal contact lenses.
He provides surgical evaluations and co-management for LASIK, cataract surgery, and other eye surgeries in cooperation with prominent local area surgeons.
